Natalie Dunn had a diverse work experience starting in 2003 as an HR Rep at Percepta. Natalie then joined Shell in 2005 as an HR Analyst and subsequently became a Policy Advisor from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Motiva as a Benefits Advisor and currently holds the role of HR Policy Lead starting in 2022.
Natalie Dunn earned their B.A degree in Social Relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University from 1998 to 2001. Natalie then pursued their Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations from 2003 to 2005.
