Hema S.

Hema S. is a design professional currently serving as a Design Intern at Motivate Media Group, where responsibilities include overseeing magazine publication processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement through UX strategy and social media content. Previously, Hema S. worked as a Product Designer at Creative Labs, developing a user attention tracker platform at FocusView and creating a human-centric web app for UCLA students at Bruin Planner, which involved user research and prototype design using Figma. Hema S. also gained experience as a Social Media Assistant at Art Prof: Create & Critique, contributing to significant YouTube subscriber growth, and as a Graphic Design Intern at Gulf News, focusing on design for breaking news articles. Hema S. is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Media Arts at UCLA, following completion of a Pre-College Program in Graphic Design at the Rhode Island School of Design and earning an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Dubai International Academy.
