Chris Lema

Chris Lema has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Chris'smost recent position is as the Chief Executive Officer at Motivations AI, which they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product Officer at Cherith Analytics starting in May 2022.

From 2016 to 2022, Chris worked at Liquid Web where they held several roles. Chris was the General Manager for LearnDash from September 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of Products for Managed Applications at Nexcess from September 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President of Products for Managed Applications from December 2016 to September 2019.

Before Liquid Web, Chris was the VP of Products & Strategy at Crowd Favorite from September 2014 to April 2016. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Product Development at Emphasys Software from May 2006 to September 2014.

Chris also has experience at AutoTradeCenter as the Director of R&D from August 2005 to April 2006. In this role, they made significant contributions such as recruiting and hiring senior engineers, creating an award-winning user experience, and managing a high volume of development work.

Earlier in their career, Chris served as the Vice President of Products at Integranova from February 2003 to July 2005. Chris was also the Chief Software Architect at QuantumShift from November 2000 to February 2003, and the VP of Products at ICE Wireless from August 1998 to November 2000. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Software Development at Pagoda Corporation from July 1997 to August 1998.

Chris Lema pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their high school education. From 1985 to 1989, they attended Foothill High School. After completing high school, they moved on to the University of California, Berkeley, from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in L&S. Later, in 2010 and 2011, Chris attended Walden University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
