Joseph Tosti

Joseph Tosti has a diverse work experience in various roles. Joseph started their career in 2015 as a Massage Therapist at Cortiva Institute, where they gained practical experience in clinical massage. In 2016, they joined Another Level Health Chiropractic Massage & Nutrition as a Chiropractic Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist, providing therapeutic massage and assisting doctors with modalities and patient progress tracking.

In 2016, Joseph also began working at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, starting as a Licensed Massage Therapist and progressing to roles such as Spa Coordinator and finally Spa Supervisor. During their time at Four Seasons, they gained experience in overseeing spa operations and coordinating client services.

In 2020, Joseph joined Motive Digital Inc. as a Sales Development Specialist, responsible for generating leads and supporting the sales team. Joseph later transitioned to the role of Account Manager in 2021, where they are currently managing client accounts.

Joseph Tosti earned their Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they attended Cortiva Institute-Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, where they studied Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage.

In terms of additional certifications, Joseph obtained their CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in January 2014. In October 2015, they became a Licensed Massage Therapist through the Pennsylvania Board of Massage Therapy, and later in the same year, they obtained their license from the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. In March 2016, they received a certification as a Chiropractic Assistant. Most recently, in July 2022, Joseph obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
