Karla Barbree Roberts

Karla Barbree Roberts is an experienced professional in the e-learning and digital media fields, serving as the Owner of Motive Learning since January 2005, where the company focuses on helping organizations enhance performance through learning technology. In addition, Karla is an Associate Professor in Digital Media at Eastern Florida State College, involved in curriculum development and instruction across studio/video production, film, and photography disciplines. Previous roles include Team Lead in Technical Training at Boeing, Independent Consultant at HARLEY INTERACTIVE INC., and E-learning Project Manager at RWD Technologies. Karla holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida.
