Julie Scherer

Julie Scherer's work experience starts in 1995 as a Research Scientist at SRI. Julie then worked as an Engineering Manager & Product Manager at Knowledge Revolution from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they were a Producer at Computer Curriculum Corporation. Julie then became the VP of Product Management at Pensare from 1999 to 2001. Julie joined DigitalThink in 2001 as the Director of Product Management & Consulting, and later moved to Convergys as the Senior Director of Performance Consulting in 2004. In 2005, they became the VP of Product Management and Design at Cengage Learning. Julie worked at Autumn Gourd Consulting as a Principal from 2008 to 2009 before becoming the Chief Operating Officer at Motive Practicing Wisely Solutions from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 onwards, they held the positions of Chief Data Scientist, Chief Informatics Officer, and Chief Product Officer at Motive Practicing Wisely Solutions.

Julie Scherer obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, graduating in the year 1994. Prior to that, they pursued an extensive educational journey at the same university, earning a BSEE, MSEE, and another Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Their studies in electrical engineering and computer science spanned from 1981 to 1993.
