Zachary Omohundro

Zachary Omohundro is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in robotics and engineering. Currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder of Monarch Tractor since 2019, Omohundro focuses on developing advanced tractor technologies. As a Senior Scientist at MOTIVO Engineering since December 2010, responsibilities include leading Small Business Innovative Research programs and integrating new technologies. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at MillenWorks, where electric cars and unmanned vehicle systems were developed, and Doctoral Student at Carnegie Mellon University's Field Robotics Center, where innovative mobile robots were designed. Early career experience includes positions at Oceaneering Space Systems and Draper Laboratory. Omohundro holds a PhD and MS in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a BS in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
