Vince Bonura

Vince Bonura currently serves as Regional Director at Incentive Services Inc. and Recognition & Incentive Consultant at Motivo Performance Group, roles held since February 2006. At Motivo Performance Group, Vince focuses on enhancing employee motivation and engagement through incentive and recognition programs that include communication, training, reinforcement, and analysis. Prior to these positions, Vince worked as an IT Business Analyst at Chevron from 2002 to 2006. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University, where attendance spanned from 1997 to 2001, and is a graduate of Brother Martin High School, having completed studies there from 1993 to 1997.
