Timothy Jooken

Timothy Jooken is an experienced professional in assessment, development, and employability design, currently serving as the Lead Assessor and Future Employability Designer at Motmans & Partners since August 2021. Prior to this role, Timothy held various positions at SBS Skill BuilderS from June 2014 to August 2021, including Consultant Assessment & Development, Recruiter, and Career Counselor - Coach, where responsibilities encompassed organizing assessment centers, recruiting new staff, and coaching job seekers. Additionally, Timothy served as a Municipal Councilor and Fractieleader for the Gemeente Diepenbeek from April 2015 to December 2018. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from KU Leuven, complemented by additional coursework at the same university, and completed secondary education at Provinciale Secundaire School Diepenbeek.
