Andy Garrard

Andy Garrard is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in transformation and management. Currently serving as Head of Technology Delivery at Moto Hospitality since December 2020, Andy is focused on technological and operational model transformation. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Head of Technology Delivery (Transformation) at Essentra from June 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included PMO creation and overseeing technology transformation across the system landscape. From January 2008 to June 2016, Andy worked as Technology Delivery Manager at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, specializing in developed vetting and cybersecurity. Earlier career roles include Information Technology Program Manager at Deloitte from July 2004 to July 2006 and various project management positions.
