Kasia Kotarba

Kasia Kotarba is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Site Operations Manager at Moto Hospitality since September 2022, Kasia previously held the position of Operations Manager at The Athenian from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes Area Manager at Gourmet Burger Kitchen (September 2015 - June 2021), Restaurant Manager at wagamama (September 2013 - September 2015), and Assistant Manager at Nando's UK & IRE from April 2007 to September 2013. Kasia holds a Master's degree in German Studies from the University of Wroclaw.
