Elizabeth Miles has extensive experience in customer experience management and service roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Senior Manager at AutoTrader.ca, Motoinsight, and AutoSync since March 2022, Elizabeth has previously held various positions, including Customer Service Manager and Learning & Development Specialist. Past roles also include Service Desk Assistant at The Royal Conservatory of Music and Key Holder at French Connection. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from York University and an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Westview Centennial Secondary School.
