Bethany Brown

Bethany Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various managerial and support roles. Currently serving as Product Change & Reporting Manager at MotoNovo Finance since July 2021, Bethany has previously worked as a Proposition Development Assistant and Strategy Assistant, contributing to strategic initiatives during a placement year as part of an MSc qualification. Before this, Bethany completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Cardiff University, following a Bachelor's degree from Kingston University. Additional notable experience includes a position as Deputy Customer Relations Manager at Wales Millennium Centre, where leadership and operational skills were developed, and roles in stage management and technical support at National Dance Company Wales and Citychurch Cardiff, respectively.
