Malika Imray is an experienced professional currently serving as the Secretary of the Rainbow Network at Aldermore Bank, where efforts focus on creating and implementing LGBTQIA+ initiatives with an intersectional approach. As a Technical Administrator at MotoNovo Finance and a former Customer Experience Consultant at Sonovate, Malika has developed strong technical and customer service skills. Additionally, Malika co-founded Eclectic: The Anti-Racism Collective, a non-profit organization aimed at combating racism through education and action. Previous experiences include roles in hospitality and experiential marketing, showcasing versatility and dedication to community engagement. Malika holds a degree in International Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Cardiff University and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Universitat Ramon Llull.
