Tina Wrubel

Director, Customer Service at Motor Information Systems, Inc.

Tina Wrubel has a strong background in customer service and content management. Tina started their career in 1998 as a Composition System Analyst at EDS, where they managed multiple teams and oversaw automotive content and graphic development. In 1999, Tina joined MOTOR Information Systems and has held various roles since then, including Content Manager and Director of Customer Service. In their current position, they are responsible for developing and executing resources, processes, tools, standards, and metrics to support customers who license automotive data and service products. Tina has also built and led a team from the ground up. Throughout their career, they have managed operations, budgets, and personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Tina has demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring skills, and they have played a critical role in talent development.

Tina Wrubel received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oakland University from 1981 to 1986. During this time, they focused on Political Science and Government, as well as Russian Language and Culture. Tina also obtained a certification in Customer Service Strategy from LinkedIn in April 2019.
