Aleš Dostál

Ale Quintero is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Ale previously held the position of Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, where the focus was on innovating health and human services. Earlier roles include Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, where health insurance was reimagined, and Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. Ale also has extensive freelance experience through Alejandra Quintero Design, assisting early-stage companies in creating impactful brand experiences, and co-founding The Handsome Pig, where product concept and business strategy were developed. Additional experience includes designing for major clients in the music industry at Rehilete Estudio Creativo and contributing to brand strategies for ecotourism in Oaxaca. Ale Quintero holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
