Alvaro Jose Alvarado Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alvaro Jose started their career at ECI Telecom in 2011 as an F.E. and later worked as a Networking and Telecom Engineer. Their responsibilities included implementing, installing, and operating the F.O. network project, troubleshooting DWDM and SDH networks, and providing technical support and consultation to improve customer satisfaction. Alvaro Jose then moved on to El Pelon de la Bajura in 2013, where they worked as a Maintenance Electrician and Instrumentation Technician. In the same year, they returned to ECI Telecom as an Engineer, taking on similar responsibilities as their previous role. In 2017, Martinez joined Manpower as part of a Huawei outsourcing project, staying until 2022. Currently, they are a Customer Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications, where they utilize their expertise in supporting customers and resolving technical issues.

Alvaro Jose Alvarado Martinez has studied at the Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica, where they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Alvaro Jose also attended CISCO UCR and obtained a Tecnico degree in Redes (networks). Additionally, they studied at ITCR from 2012 to 2013, earning a Tecnico degree in Business Administration.
