Dave Debaufer

Dave DeBaufer has extensive experience in law enforcement and technology integration. Since October 2017, Dave has served as a Senior Team Manager at Motorola Solutions, contributing to the Professional Services Team and specializing in the operational integration of Digital Evidence Management Solutions. Prior to this role, Dave had a distinguished career at the Waukegan Police Department, where service spanned from January 1991 to October 2017, culminating in roles as Commander and Sergeant. Dave's education includes training from the Chicago Police Training Academy and an Associate of Science degree from the College of Lake County.
