Michael Kaae

Michael Kaae is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and business management across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President at Motorola Solutions since January 2011, Michael Kaae has held various leadership positions, including Regional Vice President of Sales Europe and Area Sales Lead for the Nordics and Baltics. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing business in multiple countries, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with business partners. Prior to Motorola Solutions, Michael Kaae worked at Motorola Emb and calamus, where roles included Regional Sales Manager and Key Account Manager.
