Sean Dolan

Sean Dolan has extensive experience in managed services and operational leadership across multiple renowned organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Managed Services Solutions at Motorola Solutions since February 2024, Sean previously held the role of Vice President of Managed Services at Wind River, where responsibilities included the establishment of a Managed Services Practice and the implementation of governance and standardization metrics. During a significant tenure at Motorola Solutions from July 2014 to January 2023, Sean led initiatives for high-value corporate engagements and developed sustainable delivery models for public safety services. Additional experience includes key positions at Huawei, Level 3 Communications, Ericsson, Vodafone, and the British Army, where Sean acquired a strong foundation in network management and service delivery. Sean holds an education from City College Plymouth.
