Yesenia de la Rosa

Yesenia De La Rosa is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the design and implementation of critical communication systems. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Motorola Solutions, Yesenia leads a team of System Integration Engineers across the U.S. Previous roles include Principal Systems Engineer, where Yesenia was responsible for designing a multi-state P25 radio system program for a public utility, and Senior System Engineer, specializing in wireless voice and data systems for various industries. Yesenia's career also includes significant experience as a System Engineer at Tait Communications and as a Contractor, where technical expertise was applied to tactical radios and communication systems. Additionally, Yesenia served as a Radio Communications Security Repairer in the United States Army, supervising technicians and repairing military communication systems. Yesenia holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and is currently engaged in a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Business Applications at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
