Guilherme Paes Molina

Guilherme Paes Molina has a diverse work experience in the technology and education sectors. Guilherme is currently working as the Head of Growth at Motrix Techknowledge since June 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at FTD Educação, where they served as a Digital Product Manager from March 2021 to April 2022 and as a Product Coordinator from August 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining FTD Educação, Molina worked at SOMOS Educação for a significant period. Guilherme held the position of Digital Content and Audiovisual Production Manager from April 2017 to April 2019. Previously, they also served as an Innovation and Relationship Manager from November 2012 to April 2017, where they were responsible for defining formats and developing digital books, integrating digital content, and creating portals for new editorial collections.

Molina's earlier work experience includes roles at Fundação Bradesco as a Support Analyst from June 2009 to August 2010, where they were involved in maintaining and controlling SiteProtector, managing ePO, and creating dashboards for schools. Guilherme also worked at Bradesco Instituto de Tecnologia as a Training and Project Coordinator from December 2007 to May 2009, and as a Developer and Systems Analyst from May 2004 to December 2007. In these positions, they were responsible for system analysis, specification, development, architecture, and coordination of projects and teams, using C# .Net with SQL Server programming language.

Guilherme Paes Molina completed their education at Fundação Getúlio Vargas from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Gerenciamento de Projetos with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they studied at Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo, earning a degree in Administração with a focus on Humanas. In addition to their academic achievements, Guilherme also holds a certification in Digital Product Leadership from Tera Treinamentos Profissionais LTDA, obtained in 2020.
