Miguel Arias has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain management. Miguel started their career as a Portability Agent at Allied Global Contact Center & BPO in 2012, where they handled the porting of phone numbers for various companies.

In 2015, Miguel joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as an Operations Supervisor, leading a team of 40-50 staff members in distribution operations. Miguel monitored delivery assignments and implemented standardized processes according to defined KPIs.

During their time at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Miguel also held multiple roles as a Planning Specialist. Miguel managed distribution requirements planning and coordination in El Salvador and Honduras, ensuring optimal allocation of finished products inventory to distribution centers and compliance with service levels. Miguel prioritized logistics and supply chain activities and implemented safety measures for transportation and warehouse employees.

In 2020, Miguel joined Mott & Bow as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, they supervised forecasting, demand, production, raw materials, and logistics planning. Miguel gathered statistical data to accurately predict demand and coordinated with key stakeholders for product launches and production planning.

Miguel Arias completed their Master's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Logistics at the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de San Pedro Sula. Miguel'shigh school education was at the Sacred Heart Academy, where they earned a High School Bilingual Degree in Science and Letter from 2005 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Miguel also received several certifications. In 2016, they obtained a certification in the Development of Management Competence and Distribution Processes from the Central American Technological University. In 2013, they completed the Training Pro Five on Quality Awareness at Allied Global BPO. Furthermore, in the same year, they received certifications in Good Practices and Sustainable Development from the Universidad de San Pedro Sula, as well as in the Great Management Symposium: The Challenge of Globalization on the Current Administration. In 2010, they acquired a certification in Innovation and Technology in the Industry of the Century. Finally, in 2012, they received a Certification of Completion Legacy New Hire from Allied Global BPO.
