Mike Listro

Mike Listro has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Mike has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Mott Corporation, Veeder Root, Barnes Aerospace, Barnes Aerospace Aftermarket, Barnes Group Inc., Barnes Aerospace - Windsor, Barnes Aerospace Group HQ, PwC, and Scapa North America. Mike'smost recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at Mott Corporation, where they demonstrated strong finance and operations skills and a successful track record of leading change and driving positive results. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Veeder Root. Mike has a collaborative leadership style and a passion for operational improvements utilizing lean concepts.
