Maciej Sulek is a seasoned professional in digital engineering and project management, currently serving as the Unit Digital Lead for Mott MacDonald Bentley, where oversight includes the digital delivery of a £150 million portfolio of infrastructure projects for Severn Trent Water and South West Water. Prior experience includes significant roles at Laing O'Rourke as Digital People & Development Lead and Senior Digital Engineer, where Maciej drove transformative change on construction projects valued at £100 million and £600 million respectively. Earlier career highlights encompass positions at ENERGOPROJEKT WARSZAWA SA and Design Office NORMA, with a strong emphasis on BIM coordination and model authoring across multiple large-scale projects. Maciej holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, an MSc in BIM and Digital Built Environments, and a BEng in Power Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Valuation.
