Binnur Güleryüz

Binnur Güleryüz started their work experience in 1993 as an Instructor & Network Manager at the Career Development Institute in Vancouver. Binnur was responsible for developing teaching materials and managing the network and technical infrastructure of the company. Binnur also set international standards for IT training materials and environment.

In 1995, they joined ExecuTrain as an Instructor, Training Manager, and Curriculum Developer. Binnur worked there until 1999.

From 1996 to 2004, Binnur worked at Mercedes Benz Turkey as an IT Senior Manager (CIO). Binnur managed various aspects of the IT department, including organizational structure, process/system development, application support, telecommunication, and help desk services. Binnur also provided technology knowledge and vision to support the company's business objectives and implemented IT and business projects.

In 2006, they joined TAV Technologies as the Managing Director of TAV Information Technologies and Global CIO of TAV Airports Holding group. Binnur was responsible for developing and delivering the company's strategic plan and overseeing operations in 67 airports and 23 companies.

In 2018, Binnur founded and became the CEO/Managing Partner of "ECEM The Queen" Information Technology Management Consultancy.

Since 2021, they have been working at Mott MacDonald as the Vice President of Digital Transformation.

Binnur Güleryüz has a Master of Science degree in Project Management from The University of Salford, which was earned between 2019 and 2021. Binnur also obtained a certification in Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020. Furthermore, they completed a course on Higher Education Teaching from HarvardX in 2020, and a course on Comprehensive Business Analysis/Enterprise & Strategic Analysis from the University of Waterloo in the same year. Prior to their master's degree, Binnur earned an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programmer, Analyst from Conestoga College between 1989 and 1993.
