Jane Horvath

Jane Horvath, PE is a Principal Engineer at Mott MacDonald since August 2008, specializing in the transportation infrastructure industry with expertise in structural engineering, multidisciplinary design management, project and program management, and construction support. Jane has a strong background in designing rail transit stations, cut and cover tunnels, and bridges. Additionally, Jane served as Past-President of the American Society of Civil Engineers' Los Angeles Younger Member Forum from December 2008 to December 2018, undertaking several leadership roles. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Bechtel Corporation, where analysis of construction loads was conducted for a rapid transit project, and a research assistant position at UC Berkeley, focusing on asphalt mix production and testing. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a Structural Engineering Emphasis from the University of California, Berkeley.
