Abdelhak Lasfar

Abdelhak Lasfar has a strong background in operations and leadership positions. Abdelhak currently serves as the Group Operations Director at MOTUL, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Operations Director at VIRAX from December 2018 to January 2020. During their time at VIRAX, they played a key role in the development and manufacturing of pipe tools and machines. Before joining VIRAX, Abdelhak served as the Industrial Director at Groupe Brandt from May 2015 to December 2018, where they were responsible for designing and manufacturing household equipment for multiple brands. Abdelhak also has experience as the CEO of RTE Technologies from September 2012 to May 2015, where they focused on developing automotive connected solutions. Abdelhak Lasfar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration et gestion des affaires, général from NEOMA Business School, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a DEA/DESS in Mathématique & Traitement du signal from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne from 1992 to 1993. Abdelhak also has a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie électrique, électronique et des communications from CentraleSupélec, which they earned from 1988 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, Abdelhak has obtained certifications in Lean management and World Class Manufacturing from the Institute of Lean Management and WORLD-CLASS MANUFACTURING INSTITUTE, respectively, in July 2010. Abdelhak also holds a PMP certification from PMI Paris Ile-de-France, obtained in 2001.
