Sophie Dashwood Chief Human Resources Officer

Sophie Dashwood has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Sophie currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at MOTUL since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Garrett - Advancing Motion from September 2021 to March 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Sophie served as the Talent Management and Learning Director at Safran, where they implemented talent management actions globally. Before that, they worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Dufresne Missions from 2013 to 2017.

Sophie also held HR leadership roles at SwissLife, Bose Corporation, Givaudan, and LVMH. Their responsibilities included implementing corporate transformation projects, leading and coordinating HR functions, managing international teams, and navigating organizational integrations and changes.

Sophie Dashwood, the Chief Human Resources Officer, obtained a Trilingual Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the University of Grenoble and FU Berlin in the years 1986 to 1992. Additionally, they pursued further education and acquired a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise (Advanced Degree as Legal Advisor in Corporate Affairs) from the University of Social Sciences - Toulouse in the year 1991 to 1992.
