Christian Moreno is an Information Systems Analyst II at Moulton Niguel Water District with previous experience as an IT Specialist at Method Technologies and as a Systems Engineer and NOC Technician at VPLS Inc. Christian also interned at Millenium Systems Inc. Christian holds a degree in Computer Networking from Long Beach City College and a degree in Sociology from UC Irvine.
