Carolyn Parkes

Carolyn Parkes has over 15 years of experience in customer service and funeral services with Mount Pleasant Group since May 2008, serving in various roles including Family Service Coordinator and Funeral Services Clerk. Carolyn is skilled in communicating compassionately with grieving families, managing special care orders, and processing a high volume of wreath orders annually, while utilizing Microsoft Dynamics Navision and collaborating with municipal offices. In addition, Carolyn has been a freelance handbell soloist for private events and fundraisers across Ontario and the U.S. Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Guelph and is currently pursuing further education at York University.
