Kritika Pandya has work experience in various roles and companies. Kritika started their career at McDonald's in 2021 as a Crew Member and eventually worked their way up to Shift Manager. Kritika also held positions as a Team Leader and Crew Trainer. In 2022, they worked at Mount Saint Vincent University in roles such as Vice President of Inter-cultural Food Bridging society and a team member at Tim Hortons. Kritika also volunteered at the Youth Empowerment Foundation, where they served as an HR Volunteer and Student Fundraiser. Currently, they are working at The Y (YMCA) as a Membership Sales and Services representative.
Kritika Pandya obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from the Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar in 2021. From 2021 to 2026, they pursued a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Mount Saint Vincent University. In 2023, they obtained additional certifications including the British Columbia CAFS Certificate, Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED, Nova Scotia Food Handler's Certificate, and WHMIS.
