Milka Alegria

Milka Alegria, MBA, has extensive experience in healthcare management and sales, currently serving as the Director of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida since September 2024. Prior to this role, Milka held various positions at Miami Jewish Health, including Sales Director and Admissions Manager, and was the Center Director at ChenMed from September 2021 to September 2024. Milka's earlier experience includes serving as the Transplant Director for Business Development and Outreach at Jackson Health System, and as the Director of Operations at Miami Children's Health System across different clinics. Milka's career began at WellCare Health Plans and UnitedHealthcare, focusing on provider contracts and services. Milka holds a Master’s degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University.
