Nanette Asbury

Nanette Asbury is a seasoned marketing and design professional with extensive experience in branding, website design, and content creation for small businesses, primarily in the greater Asheville, NC area. At Nanette Creative, established in July 2018, Nanette develops and executes marketing strategies to drive business growth. In addition, as the Design Marketing Chair for AIGA Asheville since February 2024, responsibilities include managing social media and email marketing to enhance chapter visibility and membership. Nanette serves as a Marketing Branding Consultant for Mountain BizWorks, aiding new businesses in strategic development. Prior experience includes a tenure at Emerald Expositions, where Nanette held roles such as Marketing & Sales Manager for the American Handcrafted Philadelphia Show, driving revenue and community engagement. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Digital Media Technology and certifications in social media strategy from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, complemented by a background in Digital Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
