Caitlin Shiflett

Caitlin Shiflett is a professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Campus Recruiter at Robins & Morton since December 2019, Caitlin has developed a strong skill set in sourcing and engaging talent. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as a Teacher at Mountain Brook Schools, and from August 2018 to November 2019, held the position of Admissions Counselor at Birmingham-Southern College, where expertise in student recruitment and admissions processes was gained.
