Sean Mailen

Sean Mailen is a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer at Mountain Racing Products since February 2021, previously serving as Design Engineer III at Salsa Cycles from August 2008 to February 2021. Sean's expertise includes the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototype creation to manufacturing support and quality control. Proficient in Solidworks and other design software, Sean has a strong background in collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers, coordinating testing, and producing technical content. Prior experience includes roles at Imagepoint Corporation as a Design Engineer and multiple internships at Fluor. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
