Marty Mance

Marty Mance currently serves as the Director of Operations at Mountain View Church, a role held since August 2021, focusing on overseeing operations and collaborating with team members to spread the Good News. Prior to this, Marty Mance was the Center Manager at Catalyst Inc. from March 1990 to August 2021 and worked briefly as the Senior Program Director at Continuing Development Inc | Child Development Centers. Marty's career has emphasized leadership development, coaching, mentoring, meeting facilitation, and program implementation. Marty Mance holds an Associate's Degree in Behavioral & Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology from Irvine Valley College, obtained between 1995 and 2008, and also completed studies at Platt College - Irvine from 1991 to 1992.
