Jeff Panos

Jeff Panos has a diverse work experience history. Jeff started their career as a Chemist at ALZA Corporation in 1998, followed by a role as a Research Chemist at DURECT Corporation from 1999 to 2005. Jeff then transitioned into the education field, working as a Science Department Chair and Teacher at Junipero Serra High School from 2006 to 2018, where they also served as the Head Men's Soccer Coach. In 2011, they co-founded Prep2Prep, an organization focused on mentoring high school students interested in journalism and providing comprehensive coverage of high school sports. From 2015 to 2022, they were a Club Soccer Coach at Alpine Strikers. In 2018, they joined the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District as a Teacher for AP Chemistry and AP Environmental Science. In 2019, they took on the additional role of Head Women's Soccer Coach at Mountain View High School. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Club Soccer Coach at MVLA Soccer Club.

Jeff Panos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from UCLA, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Later, in 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
