Rand Sargent

Rand Sargent is an experienced commercial real estate professional and business owner with a diverse background in sales and operations. Currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate - Industrial Specialist at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate since August 2021, Rand previously held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at Colliers International. As a co-founder of WLLS Apparel, Rand developed a line of children's hats in response to market demand. Prior roles included Account Executive positions at Pluralsight, Instructure, and AFS, LLC, as well as sales roles at Fusion-io, Zions Bank, and AT&T. Rand holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Weber State University.
