Rumaldo L. Flores III

Rumaldo L. Flores III is an experienced welder with a diverse background in various welding techniques and roles. Currently serving as a Structural Welder at Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. since September 2024 and at Aerotek since August 2022, Rumaldo has also worked with Mountain West Industrial and RF Welding Service, where Rumaldo is the Owner. Previous experiences include positions as a Journeyman Welder at Tradesmen International and TIG Welder at Active Radiator Company. Rumaldo's career originated in the United States Navy as an Aviation Machinist Mate, which laid the foundation for extensive expertise in welding and fabrication. Rumaldo holds an AAS in Welding Technology, Manufacturing Engineering from Hill College and additional degrees related to aviation maintenance and basic skills development.
