Lance Merrell

Lance Merrell is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and healthcare administration, currently serving as an Insights Manager at KLAS Research since July 2022 and as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Mountainlands Community Health Center, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Lance was Operations and Development Manager at Mountainland Head Start, Inc., where significant achievements included increasing non-federal grant funding from $15,000 to $443,000 and overseeing a multi-million dollar school renovation project. Additional experience includes roles as a City Management Fellow for the Town of Speedway, an Innovation Consultant for the Utah Valley Office of New Urban Mechanics, and a coach at Maple Mountain High School. Lance holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and multiple degrees in Political Science from Utah Valley University.
