Bill Lukes has extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal and compliance management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Review at MountainSeed since July 2019, Bill leads a team of approximately 25 compliance reviewers and managers, focusing on process improvement, technical advice on compliance regulations, and team training. Earlier roles include Reviewer Manager and Reviewer at MountainSeed, where Bill demonstrated strong leadership and client relations skills. Bill's background includes significant appraisal experience, having served as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at WILLIAM LUKES, Hilco Appraisal Services, and David Phillips & Company, along with teaching at the College of DuPage.
