Gabrielle Wynschenk, LMFT, CSTIP has extensive work experience in the mental health field. Gabrielle started their career as a Clinical Intern at Rushford in January 2016 and worked there until April 2017. Gabrielle then joined Wheeler Clinic as a Clinical Intern from May 2019 to August 2020.
In 2017, Gabrielle also worked as a Research Assistant at Southern Connecticut State University from January to July.
Starting in April 2018, they worked at United Way of Connecticut as a 2-1-1 Contact Center Specialist until December 2021.
In August 2020, Gabrielle began their role as a Residential Clinician at Mountainside, and in July 2021, they also took on the position of Family Wellness Clinician at the same organization.

Gabrielle Wynschenk, LMFT, CSTIP obtained a Master of Family Therapy (MFT) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from the same institution.
In terms of additional certifications, Gabrielle obtained the "Certified Community Resource Specialist" certification from the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) in November 2019. Gabrielle is also a certified "Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor" from the Crisis Prevention Institute, although the specific date of certification is unavailable. Additionally, Gabrielle holds a CPR certification from the American Heart Association - San Diego Division, and it is unknown when they obtained this certification. Gabrielle has also completed a "Mental Health First Aid" course, although the name of the institution and the dates of completion are not specified.
