Ed Fletcher

Ed Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance services and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Global Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services since December 2012, Ed Fletcher has a strong background in finance and compliance, previously holding senior positions at Deutsche Bank from February 2001 to December 2012, including Regional Business Head and Assistant Company Secretary. Ed Fletcher began a career in corporate governance at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Assistant Company Secretary from September 1997 to February 2001. Ed Fletcher holds a degree from the University of Exeter, where education was completed between 1993 and 1996, and attended Bedford Modern.
