Emma Weston has a diverse work experience. Emma started their career as a One-week work experience placement at Boots UK in 2013, where they gained experience in various departments and participated in a project that involved researching and presenting to high-level managers. Emma then worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Radius Payment Solutions Limited in 2015, where they handled inbound customer calls and used computer programs to log and resolve issues. Emma also volunteered as a Coach at Sherwood Colliery Swimming Club from 2009 to 2013. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Support Assistant at Paragon Customer Communications, where they collaborated with Key Account and Business Development managers to improve customer reporting and communication. From 2012 to 2015, Emma worked at Serco Leisure as a Relief Swimming Teacher and Casual Leisure Assistant, where they ensured the smooth running of the leisure center, including lifeguarding, first aid administration, and cleaning. Emma then joined IKEA Group in 2017 as a Part Time Customer Relations Co-Worker. Emma's next position was at ASOS.com as a Merchandising Administrator from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Mous as an E-Commerce Executive and has progressed to roles such as Senior E-Commerce Executive, E-Commerce Manager, and currently holds the position of Senior E-Commerce Manager.

Emma Weston attended Nottingham High School for Girls from 2007 to 2014. Emma then went on to the University of Leeds, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Emma also holds certifications including the ASA Level One Award in Teaching Aquatics and the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
