Jesper Starch has a diverse work experience spanning several leadership roles in technology companies. Jesper started their current position as CTO at Mouseflow in 2021. Before that, Jesper served as the CTO at Cubris - a Thales Company from 2018 to 2021, where they contributed to the growth and success of the company by delivering market-leading onboard applications for train operators. Prior to this, Jesper held multiple positions at Master International A/S, including CTO, Software Development Manager, and Software Architect. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in software strategy, development management, agile methodologies, and software architecture. Jesper also gained entrepreneurial experience as the owner and founder of weblingeriet.dk, an online lingerie shop, from 2005 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Application Architect at CA and as an IT Project Manager at Nykredit. Throughout their career, Jesper has consistently shown strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for driving innovation in the technology industry.
Jesper Starch has obtained a Datanom degree from Copenhagen Business School, specializing in Project Management, Object Oriented Design, and User Interface. Jesper has also completed the Agile Leadership - Management 3.0 program at TeamDriven, focusing on next generation leadership with scrum and agile methodologies. Jesper has pursued Software Development at the Danish Technological Institute, and they have also acquired a certification in Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines from LinkedIn in October 2018. Additionally, Jesper has completed the IT Development Foundation program at Copenhagen Business School, specializing in IT Development Foundation.
