Gabriela Monteiro has a strong background in marketing and business management. Gabriela started their career as a Trade Marketing Coordinator at Editora Abril in 2008, where they worked until 2010. Gabriela then joined Unilever as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, where they led the Dove brand in Brazil and achieved significant success in repositioning the brand's digital strategy. In 2014, Gabriela became a Business Manager at Grupo Minha Vida. Gabriela joined Movado Group, Inc in 2015 and held various positions, including Head of Marketing and Head of Global Marketing - Hugo Boss Watches & Jewelry. In these roles, they were responsible for global brand positioning, developing strategic marketing plans, monitoring profitability, and managing the marketing budget. Gabriela demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing media campaigns, and driving brand growth in key markets.
Gabriela Monteiro completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Publicity with a specialization in brand and product management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Gabriela further pursued a Post-Graduation degree in Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the same university.
