Farid started their career at Broadcom Inc. in 2010, where they were the MM-Wave RFIC Design Chip Lead for the 1st generation microwave backhaul radios. Theirrole also included MM-wave/Microwave RF circuit design for microwave backhaul radios (PA, mixer, oscillator, attenuator, amplifiers, calibration loops, startup circuitry, etc.), as well as on-chip/on-package design of high frequency electromagnetic passive components (matching networks, transformers, transmission lines, power combiners/dividers, die-to-package transitions, etc.). In 2009, Farid worked at Sony in the Millimeter-Wave System Development Group. Farid then joined Movandi in 2016 as RFIC, Systems and Operations.
