Natalie Bird, M.A. is an experienced educator and aquatic program manager with a strong background in recreation and leisure studies. Currently serving as a part-time Professor at Humber College since January 2021, Natalie teaches multiple courses within the Faculty of Business’ Sport Management Advanced Diploma and Recreation and Leisure Services Diploma programs. In addition, Natalie works as an Aquatics Education Specialist at MOVATI Athletic and previously held roles such as National Manager for Youth & Family Programs. A former Recreation Programmer for the City of Brampton, Natalie has extensive experience in managing staff, budgeting, and developing training programs. With roles ranging from teaching first aid at the University of Waterloo to coordinating youth programs at various camps and resorts, Natalie has cultivated a diverse skill set in recreation management and program development, complemented by educational qualifications including a Master of Arts from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor.
