Sandra Cunha

Sandra Cunha has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sandra began their career as the Director of Health, Fitness & Recreation Adult Programs at YMCA of Greater Toronto in 2003, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Sandra worked as an HR Health and Wellness Specialist at Tim Hortons. Sandra then moved on to become a Project Specialist, Hospitality (Guest Services) at Tim Hortons from 2011 to 2012, where they developed and executed customer service focused products for franchisees. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Operations Facilitator at Tim Hortons. Sandra then transitioned into the role of an Instructional Designer at Tim Hortons from 2013 to 2014, where they developed curriculum for field training. After leaving Tim Hortons, Sandra worked as the Director of Learning at Vubiz eLearning from 2014 to 2016, managing eLearning projects and overseeing an Instructional Design team. Most recently, Sandra has been with MOVATI Athletic since 2017. Initially, they served as the Director of Learning and Development, where their responsibilities included creating a continuous learning culture. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, People & Culture, where they lead the People & Culture team across all locations. Sandra'srole focuses on team development, internal communications, talent acquisition and development, and HR field operations.

Sandra Cunha's education history includes various degrees and certifications. Sandra completed their Executive MBA at Kellogg-Schulich from 2022 to 2024.
